⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service, Quality Turf & Fantastic Customer Care** I cannot recommend **Berkshire Turf – Quality Garden Turf and Topsoil Supplier** highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely exceptional, and a special thank you has to go to **Gabriel**, the owner. This was my **first time laying a lawn**, so I had very little experience and needed quite a bit of advice. Gabriel was incredibly helpful, patient and supportive throughout the whole process. He guided me through every stage, giving me practical advice on preparing the ground, laying the turf and looking after the new lawn afterwards. I genuinely felt that he cared about making sure I achieved the best possible result, rather than simply making a sale. What impressed me most was the level of aftercare. A few pieces of turf became sun-burned, and when I spoke to Gabriel about it, he went above and beyond to help. He arranged additional turf for me **at his own cost**, which I thought was an incredibly kind and professional gesture. That level of customer service is very rare these days and says a lot about Gabriel and the way he runs his business. The **topsoil was also excellent quality**, and overall I have been extremely pleased with both the products and the service. If you are looking for good-quality turf and topsoil together with genuine advice and outstanding customer care, I would wholeheartedly recommend Berkshire Turf. Before ordering my turf and topsoil, I did a lot of research and compared quite a few different suppliers because I really wanted to make sure I was getting good quality products for my garden. I genuinely believe this is one of the best companies in West London. The quality of both the turf and topsoil was excellent, and my garden is now looking beautiful. What impressed me most, though, was the customer service. At the beginning, I had a few areas of turf that weren’t doing very well, and every time I contacted them, they replied quickly and gave me clear advice on exactly what to do. I followed their advice and the grass recovered really well. For me, good customer service isn’t just about selling you a product and then disappearing. It’s knowing that if you need help afterwards, you can contact the company and they’ll actually be there to support you. That’s exactly the experience I had with Gabriele and the team. Excellent products, excellent customer service and genuinely helpful people. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality turf and topsoil. What a great service received with my order, from Gabriele. Kept updated throughout, received a text @ 9.30 on the morning of delivery with a 2 hr time slot. Friendly, helpful driver. Very pleased.  And as for the premium turf, WOW, fantastic quality. My turfing guy said “it’s one of the best quality turfs he’s seen in the 30 years he’s been laying”. So that’s saying something !!.
